YES, THIS. My major fear was that they were gonna play the "Sylvanas was right, and everyone else in WoW was wrong" card. This cinematic proves enough that they won't.
Spoilers for the recent Cinematic: - - - - - - - - - What I like about this cinematic is that it shows us that Sylvanas is being convinced by Anduin that the route she is going is not the right one. And it's not Sylvanas already realizing this and playing some kind of big brain.

And this actually makes me feel a lot more for Sylvanas than they ever have in any of her past cinematics, because the actual truth is hitting her. It's very well done.

Her expressions and voice acting especially are nicely on point. Points to the animation team and actress getting her plight across.

In the same way that Uther lost something when his soul was torn apart, I think something similar happens when you are turned into a banshee. Anduin is trying to reach her 'last remnant of humanity' which has always been there, but locked away by trauma, rage and fear.
