Orcs have been close friends with Tauren and Trolls since the beginning, to the point its thanks to them Tha the Orcs regained their shamankstuc heritage. It's guaranteed that some Orcs would have been taught druidism at some point

I think on principle, Tauren won't. Because it would kind of insult the spirit of the craft since Orcs don't really show any kind of genuine goodwill to the founding deity of Druidism who they murdered.
