I agree with you that the Forsworn lost any credibility when they started going around killing people. but nom their points stand regardless of their methods and misguided alliance with the Jailer. In general the whole story is heading towards "the Shadowlands are flawed".

The Shadowlands is flawed by that doesn't make the Eternal Ones evil or bad guys. In fact, I would argue what Sylvanas is doing is far worse than the current system. Now everyone no matter if they're good or bad goes to the Maw and you're subjected to the worst fate possible.

Naw way unmaking the cosmos & destroying the entire universe and reality is definitely the better option than...just convincing the Archon that perhaps their completely totalitarian view on removing memories is bad. Ya know, which happens pretty damn fast in the Kyrian campaign.

Yes, the Jailer is insane, not sure who disputed that but wasn't me. Also I'm pretty sure that's not his plan in the slightest (don't see why Sylvanas would go along with that and her whole freedom speech doesn't make sense then). I'm just saying where the story is headed.

She literally says their plan is to, "tear it ALL down" in regards to the process of life and death. Flatout says they're going to 'break the system and remake it." What do YOU think that actually means? Because thusfar she's already commited genocide in pursuit of this goal.

I think it means taking down the Eternal Ones. And I think there's a chance we might decide that's not a bad idea down the line. Not sure where unmaking the UNIVERSE fits into this, at worst they'll unmake the Shadowlands.

She never once says they want to kill the Eternal Ones, they aren't even the target in 9.0. She literally is talking about the process of life & death with Anduin when she says she wants to tear it all down. "At worst they'll unmake the Shadowlands." Good I'm sure that's fine.

Well actually, the writers decided they had to add some relevance for us so the Jailer is going after the soul of Azeroth... because of course he is. In any case I just don't think/am praying the story isn't once more for the 12938213th time "stop bad guy doing bad things".

That's definitely what is going to happen. We're here to stop the Jailer from ruining the way things work. While the Shadowlands might be flawed what the Jailer/Sylvanas wants is far worse. Already it's very very bad and you can see that just by visiting the Maw.

The Maw isn't the Jailer's doing though. He was thrown there as punishment. He's just weaaponising the place to fight his war.

The Maw is very much the Jailer's play pen. He's the one ordering and commanding the souls to be turned into his own minions and army and also destroying said souls. It's very much Zovaal's doing.
