I honestly hope it is brought to terms exactly what the adventurers did to the Black dragonflight. I understand it in the context of Deathwing literally killing everyone but it never sat right with me the arguement of "Irredeemable at birth and naturally evil" from the quests.

The Black Dragons really didn't have much of a choice. They were all under the will of the Old Gods due to their own connections to the Earth and their Grandfather. Only Ebonhorn, Wrathion and potentially Sablemane escaped this through their own various means.

I understood in the context of "These dragons are LITERALLY evil and corrupted as eggs" I just dislike personally the idea of a person or entire species just being iredeemably evil and that justifying extermination.

That's the unfortunate side of the Black Dragonflight and makes sense for why Wrathion is trying to cure them.

Still felt really upsetting with the quest context of "Kill the last consort capable of laying eggs and smash the eggs that are there. If any have hatched, kill the whelplings too" I hope they just give him that arc and don't try and "Sins of the Father" the boy..
