That makes sense, but to blame them for those things?
I think it's less about the Vulpera being blamed and moreso about the Horde they're apart of being blamed. After all the Allied Races took no part in Teldrassil but are still blamed for it because they're in that faction. Is it wrong? Yes. Does it make sense? Kinda.

I guess guilt by association? :/ But then whens it stop? Could Pandaren be blamed from the Draenei for what the Orcs did on Drenor?

I don't think they realistically could. That's a different Horde on its own. Granted, Daelin Proudmoore does the exact thing to Thrall blaming him for the atrocities of a Horde Thrall had no part in. I think it depends on the character making the accusations usually.

I mean, all the post BFA release races. The Highmountain, Nightborne, Void Elves, and Lightforged were part of the factions at that point.
