Its funny watching Sylvanas fanboys be like PRINCE RENATHAL IMPRISONED DENATHRIUS WITH THE LIGHT AND THAT SUCKS. You've lost the right to complain about the quality of the story for simping for the worst character in the franchise.
Are people seriously upset about Denathrius getting exactly what is coming to him? > He's not dead. > He was doing far worse things to everyone. > Wasn't a good dude. Just because a character is "hot" doesn't exclude them from punishment. Cripes.

I'm annoyed that he's still alive. Clearly its just Azshara again & they're going to bring him back as a boss in the Jailer raid or another raid, where he'll then die and it wouldn't have mattered that he survived anyway. There's like 10 villains this expansion, kill him off.

I'm not actually sure if Eternal Ones can be killed so long as their realms exist or something. I'm fine with this ending because it's exactly what Revendreth is all about. "We don't destroy. We educate." And Denathrius being educated is both ironic and fitting.
