The Maldraxxus covenant campaign is what the Legion Warrior campaign/class fantasy should've been.
I was talking about this the other day with some friends and I'm willing to bet the reason the original story of the Halls of Valor got scrapped. Is that when they worked on it that it could and should be an entire expansion instead. So Shadowlands was likely born from that.

That makes sense. Honestly I would’ve had the Warrior class hall in Legion be a giant airship overlooking the Broken Isles and manned by soldiers of both factions.
