Ah getting more comments that OBVIOUSLY EONAR IS THE WINTER QUEEN'S SISTER today on my Ardenweald reaction video. I see that a certain misinforming lore youtuber finally saw the cinematic and crafted their dumb headcanon into supporting it being Eonar because -of course- he did.
To me, it just factually makes more sense to me that it is Elune. Yes Eonar gave Ysera the power along with Alextrasza. BUT it was Elune who saved Ysera and sent her to Ardenweald clearly.

I mean there's a thousand reasons why its Elune but the most obvious one is that Blizzard is the least subtle storyteller in the world. And they literally make you replay her death and salvation by Elune's hand right before you see her reborn.
