I could see Sylvanas or K'T actually start to doubt in their master the Jailer because of the associate they are rejoined with. I'd see this more for Sylvanas than K'T personally. Or as said we could see the two interact and just mock each other.
Both characters strike me that they're working for the Jailer not because they want to but rather because they have to. K'T probably wants the Scourge to march once more and continue his King's legacy. While Sylvanas wants immortality or "freedom" as she calls it.
Could be the whole "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." Kind of like how Sylvanas and Azshara sorta did in BFA.
I think it's ironic that I want Sylvanas more than ever to be a raid boss and for K'T to escape it since he's been a boss twice and Sylvanas has only ever been a dungeon boss. Kinda hoping if one character is to escape their fate it's K'T.
I wouldnt be surprised if the Jailer also promised to release Arthas if KT worked with him. Maybe he thinks that all together he can bring back the full might of the scourge, including their king.
