Spoilers for Shadowlands. But I think the whole deal with Kel'thuzad and Sylvanas being under the same boss is extremely fascinating and brings back some major Warcraft 3 vibes. I honestly think it could make for entertaining and interesting stories. (cont.)
I could see Sylvanas or K'T actually start to doubt in their master the Jailer because of the associate they are rejoined with. I'd see this more for Sylvanas than K'T personally. Or as said we could see the two interact and just mock each other.
Both characters strike me that they're working for the Jailer not because they want to but rather because they have to. K'T probably wants the Scourge to march once more and continue his King's legacy. While Sylvanas wants immortality or "freedom" as she calls it.
