I could see Sylvanas or K'T actually start to doubt in their master the Jailer because of the associate they are rejoined with. I'd see this more for Sylvanas than K'T personally. Or as said we could see the two interact and just mock each other.
Both characters strike me that they're working for the Jailer not because they want to but rather because they have to. K'T probably wants the Scourge to march once more and continue his King's legacy. While Sylvanas wants immortality or "freedom" as she calls it.
One scene Or One dialogue Just Few lines Im not asking for much Just an interaction between those two, filled with pure malice and hatred, foreshadowing that they both are going to betray the Jailer but each for own reasons And mention of Arthas. Blizzard please
