One thing I noticed is people are mistaking me asking for Alliance and Horde in the storyline as ONLY the faction conflict. The Alliance & Horde do not always need to be portrayed as enemies in the story. In fact there was a time not-so-long-ago where the two worked together frequently. But because of Garrosh and Sylvanas those waters got muddied and with them gone it can start to happen again.
