It's not a mystery they just don't want to be tied-down when who knows what the Team will look like in 2 years. Managing expectations is important. Earlier in the year Ion came out and said 100% the Jailer was the Big Bad anyway. I think it will too but the door must be left open
I disagree. I don't think there is an essence of "The team is going to be tied down with this villain and therefore it'll be bad." That's the beauty of the expansion as a whole it is building up to that Arc and Antagonist. That's what I and so many others looked forward to.

So am I. I think you misunderstood or I've misrepresented my point. It's not that it'll be bad but it's 2 years out. Need to time to write the story in-between here and there to work out a satisfying ending. If something better presents I'm for it but right now Jailer is doing it
