About chances: ppl gave it with BfA "wait and see". With mechanics and story. I don't see many calling the expansion a resounding success.
Now devs listen more. I wonder if Shadowlands will be at least a bit better with different approach.
Considering I'm one of the weird people who enjoyed BfA and often get talked down to for simply enjoying it this only pushes the idea further. I wouldn't say complaining about things is the reason they're listening.
