Hope shadowlands makes it very clear on the "infinite" nature of the place. Just so people can stop acting like the four covenants are all there is when really they're more like four super important institutions that exist to keep everything running.

And also so other mythologies dont get trampled. I want to hear/see concrete evidence of a Tauren afterlife existing that isn't tied to a covenant. Just wide ancestral plains where Cairne is hanging out becuse he wasn't drafted for the skeleton war.

Make it very clear that not -every- badass goes to Maldraxxus, not every selfless person is destined for Bastion. Draka, Uther etc, they're just the ones the Arbiter saw -special- potential for the four pillars in. "You'd go somewhere else, but you're over qualified" kinda deal

When Auctioneer Chilton croaks, he wont go to Bastion, Maldraxxus or Ardenweald. He'll just wind up somewhere mundane and nice for him. (Unless hes a secret asshole, then I think you always go to revendreth because its function is to rehabilitate)

Some lore like this would be very much appreciated. A clear distinction that the four covenants arent just some normal afterlives -everyone- will go to. They're very special.pic.twitter.com/e5rC4g9ejg

And naturally things may be a little looser in the lesser realms. Say Thrall died ( god forbid ) and wound up in some perfect Nagrand esque paradise. He could still go freely visit Cairne in cow heaven or something yknow?

Whenever Thrall does die (please no, not yet) man deserves a happy and peaceful afterlife.
