Being toxic / aggressive def. does not help. But at the same time, in a world where most big companies ignore feedback, until they can't, is it surprising that many ppl tend to overreact? If some do not want to see her in the horde, what are the options other than being vocal?

People aren't giving her a chance in the first place. Being "vocal" doesn't mean being toxic and aggressive towards others either at Blizzard or in the community. If you don't like her that's one thing but attacking others who do or who aren't against her isn't right.
