I mean I think it is a bug but it did get me thinking that if we had the Covenants for whatever reason join the Factions. (Which I still think is a bad idea) Revendreth and Maldraxxus for Horde. Ardenweald and Bastion for Alliance.

I still think it doesn’t make much sense for them to buddy up with mortal races to that degree... … but I’ll do nothing resembling complaining if they do.

It makes no sense for them to do it and the only way I see it really working is if we leave the big hole in the sky open for some reason. We do know at least that Maldraxxus people can leave the Shadowlands though.
