I don't think DW would end up in the Maw considering he wasn't really in control of his actions. I would HOPE the Arbiter would check that down when he died because that'd be bonkers if you're controlled by eldritch horrors you lose your right to a good afterlife.

Neltharion does not fit for in any of covenants or Maw. His miserable destroyed life should not be continued as afterlife of torture/military servitude to Maldraxxus/literal hell. If anything, he deserves a peaceful afterlife reunited with all of his killed dragonflight members
