Well, Orgrim was Thrall's mentor. Turalyon hasn't mentored anyone. So for Thrall, it would be a pretty personal and interesting fight for him to face off against the one who defeated his mentor Orgrim.
Like I really don't see Arator and Thrall fighting being personal or interesting because Arator was never taught by Turalyon in anything. Arator never beat Orgrim or really anyone close to Thrall.

I agree Benedictus was a weird call to give to Thrall and should've been Varian or something. But Garrosh was totally in his league to kill. Deathwing was less Thrall's kill in my opinion but more so the Aspects killing him with the aid of Thrall.
