I'm gonna preface every discussion I have about this game by asking the other person if they think Chronicle is canon, and if they say no and/or invoke that one BlizzCon, the conversation ends there.

That's not what Blizzard is saying or said. This is exactly what I meant by what I am tired of hearing or seeing. You get one line where a Developer says "The Titans wrote it" and people jump to, "Oh so it's unreliable then!" NO. That's not what that means. --
What it means is -SOME- of the information the Titans got wrong but 90% of what is in Chronicles is pretty much accurate or right. There's plenty of good stuff in there and its tiring that people like you are dismissing it like such.

Hell, they didn’t even say the Titans wrote it. They just said it was written from their point of view, which is a pretty big POV.

The stuff you speak of can be retconned entirely at any moment should their contents not work with future patches. If anything, im annoyed what this possibility is there, because, as you said, theres enough of neat lore in Chronicles what shouldnt be erased at whim.

None of Chronicles Lore has been erased. Infact, I would argue it's getting added to like any game that is over 15 years of age would be.
