I'm gonna preface every discussion I have about this game by asking the other person if they think Chronicle is canon, and if they say no and/or invoke that one BlizzCon, the conversation ends there.

I come across a lot of people who mix elements of the rpg lore that haven't been disproven or addressed in their rp, which I think adds a lot but so many people are so eager to scream "NOT CANON" at the slightest provocation
-
The RPG has become selectively canon overtime, which makes me happy. The way I play it, anything in the RPG *can* be treated as canon so long as it doesn't directly contradict the game's current lore (like Maiev dying in Outland in the RPG).

People are under the impression that because something isn't wholly comprehensive (even if the stuff that wasn't in the book literally wasn't added to the game at the time), then everything inside it is now discardable.
-
I don't want to list names here but HUGE content creators who dismiss Chronicles does not help anything or anyone. I'm not even here to tell anyone to put their money down on the three volumes as I did. All I'm here to say is how good they are.

Blizzard made chronicles worthless by telling what it comes from unreliable narrator Every bit of lore in there is subject to change in any updates if chronicles lore not fit for new story Which is, well the exact opposite of what the Chronicles were created for in first place.
-
That's not what Blizzard is saying or said. This is exactly what I meant by what I am tired of hearing or seeing. You get one line where a Developer says "The Titans wrote it" and people jump to, "Oh so it's unreliable then!" NO. That's not what that means. --
