Wait why the heck was the Post Nyalotha cinematic with the council removed from the game? What does this accomplish besides removing story content for people.
They did the same thing in Legion for the epilogue stuff. That's probably why it too was removed.

It makes no sense for either though...It is a nice story beat for those completing those raids
