That is something I did take note of but because of how well the Jaina storyline was it didn't bother me that much.

I don't think they're ever going to punish Aethas for something he didn't take part in. All he did was look the other way and his people died for that. I think a more compelling story is dealing with the traitor Sunreaver who created the Manabomb. Who's still alive.

Aethas wasn't the one who participated in the sabotage in Legion. In fact he helped to stop it. As for Baine, that wasn't him but some other Sunreaver. A leader shouldn't be punished for his subordinates going crazy.
