I've always wondered what happenend with the remaining Fel Orcs in Ashenvale since Grom had all of his Warsong drink in it. Were they cleansed as he was? Killed? Or are out there somewhere waiting to be used.

Iirc, they were cleansed. That's how the Warsong returned to just being green.

Bit of both imo, I like to think fel scarring and such is unpredictable, some might've naturally cooled off and turned green, others might still be red.

Mannoroths influence was severed once Grom did his choppy chop, but idk if that would just undo the corruption so easily. Case by case basis imo
