No doubt I could see Rexxar in Maldraxxus too. But Ardenweald does sound like the more favorable one for him. I suppose it depends on how he's judged.

Retired rexxar=ardenweald War rexxar=maldraxxus. Question is which would the arbiter deem more important to him as a person, and which equals more of his life. As until he well participated in the first 2 wars he was just a warrior, only becoming a hunter come later.

Well, he was always a hunter even before he joined the Horde. As shown in WoD we saw what life was like for him, sort of, before joining the Horde. He had Haratha for a while at least before that was taken from him. At that moment he left the Horde and war for the wilds.
