I just don’t see the particular utility in it for serious machinima. That stuff no doubt will lower the barrier of entry for people not willing to research WMV but I don’t think it will ever have the flexibility of something like WMV.
One thing I wish Narcisussus had was a feature that allowed the animation to play on loop. It (and a few others) is the main reason why I haven't replaced it with WMV.

Yes but it includes 3D elements from the models that WMV doesn't. And I'm not really a person to do 3D in general.
