Even though I pretty much hated BfA, Saurfang's final mak'gora with Sylvanas is epic & I love that he dual-wielded Shalamayne against her.
One of the best cinematics.

I don't even consider it a loss for him to be honest. He's been wanting to sacrifice himself for something for a while now. And if he could sacrifice himself to stop Sylvanas, that's pretty much the best course of action. Saurfang went out a complete and total hero of the Horde
True. But not only did he die a hero to the Horde, but to Azeroth itself. Even if he wasn't a hero to the Alliance in the faction or traditional sense I can see them respecting him for what he did at the very least.
