They really fucked Gazlowe up with the new cosmetics. Makes you wonder if they even looked at him. Seems like most goblin NPCs defaulted to that stubby nose.

I think they just did a button to auto-generate the goblin noses to random mobs. Just gotta be kind about it and let them know, "Hey our noses are supposed to be BIG!"
