I wouldn't say Mok'Nathal are pacifists. They are more akin to isolationists due to the fact that they still hunt and very much engage in skirmishes with the neighbouring Ogres to keep their territory.
I'm just saying if Mok'Nathals become an allied race. We're looking at pacifistic half-ogres who get along well with nature and love animals/wilds. Mok'Nathal Druids people. Just imagine that for a moment. It'd be so cool and so great to see that for an Orc-like Clan.pic.twitter.com/KbKAcorc8f

Well maybe not pacifists is the best word but they are described as the more "peaceful" of Orcs (or Half-Orcs). They actively sought to not join the Horde and join conflict. Definitely makes them more interesting when you have that in mind still.

Honestly skoll I think even regular Orcs should have access to druids. The profession's values are close to that of the Orcs', and they've been close to the Darkspear tribe and the Tauren for years. Mok'nathal fall under a similar reasoning imo

I agree that Orcs should be druids but I also think that if they had to choose between giving Orcs druids or making it solely a Mok'Nathal thing. I'm for the latter. Means the Mok'nathal have their own unique culture and it can draw people towards them easier too.
