At least they apologized at the beginning, but he makes me angry, he's such a himbo.
His reasons were justifiable at the very least. The Horde just lost their Warchief, Orgrimmar didn't have a proper leader, & these Vulpera show up asking to join when they are already stretched thin. It's only because of the fact the Vulpera proved themselves did he reconsider.

I always took it as Baine assuming that the Vulpera wanted to be treated as a protectorate versus an allied nation.

Yeah, the Vulpera have nothing to claim for themselves, as they are a desert people - but how is that any different from the former trolls and orcs before they established Ogrimmar?
