If you have issues with WoW model Viewer, try to contact the devs on their Discord.
Some customisations are not updated yet.
I had trouble with my mag'hars as well. 
WmV is busted for me. This is gonna put a dent in my plans until I can get this resolved. I saved up an extra WoW and everything and it still got updated with Shadowlands. Eeesh.
