One of the weirdest things about whenever I talk about, "Oh Darkshore was won by the Alliance." is that people for some reason get upset that Horde lost. I'm more bummed out about Arathi if anything. Darkshore was never ours and our victory over it was hella dark.
It'd be like if for some reason the Alliance destroyed Orgrimmar and ended up taking Durotar. I think that most Alliance people would be comfortable with Horde retaking it back. Some of y'all need to ditch the salt.
They bound to Turn Darkshore into a city near the burn tree, who know We may see quest as they try to reclaim the tree As Hordeie, I don't mind they won back the tree, whole thing felt wrong. And People who support this just wrong...
Honestly heritage quests might be the best time and place besides 10.0 to spruce up some corners of Azeroth (SUPER HD Valley of Trials for Orc heritage WHEN)
They realistically could do that with: - Durotar (Orc and Dark Spear Trolls) - Elwynn Forest - Azuremyst Isle - Lordaeron They do have the art assets for some of them. Namely, the nature though would need a revamp.
Saying they won feels weird to me. That tree housed their capital and a few villages if not cities that basically got obliterated. There's no winning after that.
Just because Teldrassil was lost doesn't mean they lost Darkshore it just means they lost their Great Tree. They can rebuild the towns and the trees. But they rightfully won lorewise the entirety of Darkshore and then migrated to Nordrassil as their new main home.

wonder if we’ll see a buildup in Ashenvale now that Darkshore is reclaimed and the refugees have had time to settle at Hyjal the alliance might be at peace but Tyrande don’t give no shits and may want to better defend that border
This is totally not the point, but thinkin maybe it gets a revamp for heritage questline for the nelves, that would be cool, Horde did wrong in burning the tree u.u But oh boi all those place that could get a revamp for heritage? Maybe we finally get the Gadgetzan we deserve lol
