That's unlikely to happen. They had to make several changes for the movie to work and that was one of them. As a lore guy I get it but ultimately that really didn't bother me as much. What bothered me was making Garona Medivh's daughter and then having her become Warchief.
I feel like small tune-ups like Orgrim being a Frostwolf don't effect the story in that big of a way honestly. Yeah, he's a Blackrock and it was cool a Frostwolf and a Blackrock were buddies but it's not a drastic change. Garona's whole deal is one of the bigger issues.
