For me, the warcraft 3 classic art is a fine representation of Rexxar. The new Hearthstone/renewed art is also looking great, but my hearth has been pulls into the older one. For example warcraft 3 brought me to the warcraft universe, and I still prefers the older WC3 graphics.

These are still more representative than the Wow version of it. The main issue with the Wow version of model, is that they give him that Kul'Tiran papa bear like pointing finger, instead of some rought, immitative emote moves of the character.

I feel Rexxar has fallen victim to the "Dragonball sidecharacter" sickness, where he was taken part a huge part in the story, even if Rexxar himself was not agreed to. Then he became a simple cameo apperance pom pom cheerleader behind the background.
