For me, the warcraft 3 classic art is a fine representation of Rexxar. The new Hearthstone/renewed art is also looking great, but my hearth has been pulls into the older one. For example warcraft 3 brought me to the warcraft universe, and I still prefers the older WC3 graphics.

The colours, the gritty athmosphere, the light colours were handled perfectly, almost close like the warcraft 2 game itself, which I also fell in love. The lights, the angles, the overall idea that WC is/was both grim, humorous, comedic, and yet also serious in the right time.
