We're three days away from prepatch, and still no sign of one-shoulder options on PTR, and I'm startin' to get worried.
It's possible it was slated to be apart of Shadowlands or it's not ready and they're saving it for a patch or a .5 patch.

What rankles me is its basically ready, its just not activated legitimatly. The UI is there, the function works, its just hidden.

Most stuff is not ready. The shoulder options are not in nor are the eye seperation options in either, it still sits as "You get only 3 options that are multi-eye colours" and some races dont even have that. THERE IS A LOT not finished.
