Archimonde is still alive, like we killed him on alt Draenor and he’s probably still regenerating in the Nether, like, the Legion is gone and the demons are scattered around the place, what if Archimonde returns to assert his rightful place as ruler...

I honestly doubt they're going to go the route of the "Mythic Death is the Canon Death" since no matter what he still canonically dies on Draenor and tosses Gul'dan threw the portal. Definitely means Archimonde is out there but K'J is definitely gone for good.

Archimonde is like Schrodinger's demon at this point.

'least it means the Legion has a Leader still and it could open the doors for interesting stories down the line with Archimonde leading a "Failed Legion" or a "Legion Remants". Hell they could toy with the idea of Jaraxxus leading a splinter group like in Hearthstone.

Personally, I wanted a Krokuul unlock quest where Velen returns to Argus to help fight off the remnant demons rallying under the most powerful one present, like Jaraxxus or Kazaak, culminating in Velen convincing Hatuun and the others to leave Argus behind them.
