Only if Garrosh isn't on the path of redemption or didn't rightfully leave i'd be okay with that. Else we'd just be getting Garrosh back only to die again.

If Garrosh has any redemption, it would probably be very minor and deal with taking down the powerful of Revendreth as revenge. I could see him helping us in Castle Nathria, then leaving and disappearing elsewhere in Revendreth.

I personally see them handling Garrosh in a later patch with Thrall's own personal story in Shadowlands.
