Getting the hang of it is a bit tricky, but once you're used to it you can kill Garrosh 10 times an hour Since it's bonus rolls only, you'll need more kills, but at least you don't have to clear the whole raid everytime and you can do a lot more attempts.

Instead of killing Garrosh a hundred times over a year, you'd kill Garrosh 300-400 times over a couple of weeks. It's intense, you're basically bruteforceing the tusks, but you don't have to wait months to get them. Funny video if you need motivation:https://youtu.be/2dvzWJZ_vp4
