Imagine going from LEGION to bfa and thinking bfa is good lol
Legion barely had Horde Characters in it. So... yeah it felt better in story compared to Legion.

We spent 2 xpacs before that focused on horde. Legion set up sylvanas and that whole arc. Most of the main characters were neutral. Introduced 2 new horde factions. But yah no horde characters

The "neutral characters" were still mostly Alliance characters even if they were acting neutral. You had Khadgar, Turalyon, Velen, Alleria, Magni and Illidan. The end of the Legion was a major deal for the Horde as a whole and they really didn't get a part to play in it.
