I, for one, TRULY can't wait to see another Thrall storyline where we are forced to participate with him in a questline about himself. That certainly isn't retreading the same thing we've done twice now. I love it and love they confirmed that's coming in patch content.

He was the main character of Cataclysm, the main character of Horde WoD, has multiple books dedicated just to him and more than one of them are about his angst over his parents.
I like his character. So I'm happy to tag along with him again. Personally, I'm dreading to working with Tyrande again in Ardenweald as I don't really like her that much. To each their own.

Almost like they shouldn't have sold this expansion on nostalgia based on returning characters and instead let new ones stand on their own, huh.

Heavy disagree with you there. Could care less about any new characters they add. Talanji and Thally were exceptiosn to the rule. But I honestly do not care that much about the new Shadowland themed characters compared to say Draka, Baine, Kael'thas, Thrall, etc.
