Shan Bu, the leader of the Shan'ze clan, was the herald of Lei Shen before his resurrection, and served as the final boss of the Isle of Thunder quests before the raid. This makes me think that Lei-Shen is definitely in Revendreth or the Maw then. I'm leaning towards the Maw considering what he did in life. - Tortured his master. - Took a Titan's power for himself. - Enslaved several races. - And Cheated Death.
