Imagine bitching about actually having to do quests, side quests and dungeons to move on in the leveling experience. It’s like Blizzard wants you to slow down and actually experience the story. People complain about immersion but skip cutscenes, dialogue and play without music.
I'll never understand anyone who: skip cutscenes, skip dialogue and play without music. Those are sins when you're playing a video game in my opinion.

From experience.. the type of peeps that like to skip cut scenes and speed level/quest, tend to be the sort that like to PvP all the time and make fun of me when I rp talk wishing everyone good luck and godspeed on the battlefield.

Especially because most of the time it’s exactly those people who rush into the forums to complain about bad writing whenever there’s a plot twist like with sylvanas...or soon with the dreadlords...and meanwhile there are tons of hints in the game which predicts that stuff...

In my defense I don't skip that stuff and still think that Sylvanas story since they retconned Wrathgate in Chronicles has sucked ass.

I always experience the game in its fullest the first time. But I don’t see the point in playing with the music when farming stuff or leveling an alt haha

Personally, I prefer playing with the music on 80% of the time. I'd be a liar if I said I wouldn't turn it off now and then but even so most of the time I'm gonna play with it on.

I only watch cut scenes and dialog once. On alts I skip it all. I dont read quest text most of the time. And I play with sound completely off unless raiding, then if needed it turn it on. I watch TV or listen to audiobooks while I play.
