Anyone else just expecting shadowlands to morph into a completely different expansion by the end? Like many assume the light vs void cosmic space war is the next expansion but what if its just like, 9.3 lol

My personal prediction of what will happen to raise the stakes of everything is the Jailer does break free into Azeroth and intends to somehow merge both Life and Death. And either fails or succeeds but still loses in some shape or form.

We typically don't ever fail in World of Warcraft. That's kind of been the staple of the franchise for a while. And when we do fail it's very brief (Ex: Broken Shore).
