I wonder, did they bring back Garrosh's voice actor just to have him scream into the microphone a few times?
I'm pretty sure they did. They even had Garrosh take in several deep breaths just before he let out an anguish cry. They also tend to use the same voice actors in WoW usually. After all the voice of Garrosh voiced Rakeesh in Legion.

Ohh, you're right on that. I'd honestly forgotten, he also voices Arthas since Wrath.

So they more than likely DEFINITELY called him to voice Arthas probably. And then we've got Garrosh in the equation too. Meaning this guy get's to voice his two favorite characters!
