While it was a shitty shift of personal responsibility. He did have a point of Thrall being tremendously terrible at picking leaders and his choice and way he left ultimately leading to that.
I honestly think there's actually too much blame focused on Thrall within the community. Yeah, Thrall fucked up by making Garrosh Warchief but it isn't as if the character didn't acknowledge that or didn't try to clean up his mess. Thrall actually made an effort at least.

I mean...yeah but he made an effort after like Garrosh had already genocided Theramore and y'know, caused a lot of other problems. Cairne getting killed and the Tauren getting no help recovering TB should've already been a big flag for Thrall.

The thing people often forget about in regards to all of that was that Thrall was busy with his World Shaman duties. The one and only thing I think Thrall screwed up on in the case of Garrosh is he should've come back a lot sooner once he was done with that.
