Honestly, even though it had some hiccups, the movie had some very interesting ideas. But honestly, I'd rather make this restart a 2 or 3 movie long story, to properly cover everything. W3 would surely span across 3 movies.
Warcraft 3 could realistically be split up into 2-3 Movies. Mainly focusing on one faction/race at a time but also including snippets of the other races when it's connected. Part 1: Human, Undead, Snippets of Orc Story Part 2: Orcs Part 3: Night Elves / Finale

If it goes well, they could go for The Frozen Throne next too. Or they could just rather go with a series, Mandalorian style, that way they could cover grounds, and not be worried about chopping up movies too much. I could imagine the defense of Heathglen like horror episodes.
