Don't forget to train Nomi aswell (In pandaria the little pandaren cub, and do the dailies with him). It requires an achivement to unlock the chance to buy the apron for example. You can buy the bell for 50 token in the cooking seller.

You can farm the tokens with various alts, since the tokens are can be send to the character which you want to buy them, and the transmog/cosmetic tools are bind to account. Though the only disadvantage is, that you have to make the way to the farm, dailies and cooking alongside.
