I feel like I always end up disagreeing with "Forsaken Stands" because I'm more of a fan of a Horde as a whole not the Forsaken as a whole. So I'd rather see the Forsaken embrace their Horde side than their Forsaken side at this given point.

I love the Horde fantasy but I don't play my Forsaken because there's a tangible difference between him and the Horde. His chosen family consists of a classic honorbound Warsong orc, but he doesn't completely "fit in". He's at odds with his humanity. That's the whole point for me

The Forsaken being kind of the oddballs of the Horde is what I play them for, and having them join the amalgamation of red-and-black "For the Horde" (which is very heavily based in orcish fantasy anyway) peels away something that we enjoy about them

With Sylvanas gone I really can't see the Forsaken turning around and going, "Yeah not for the Horde. We're mad at everyone now." There's going to be some form of middle ground where the Forsaken can still be "dark" but also compliant with the rest of the Horde.

Oh for sure, but I think a lot of us are just apprehensive with the way the writing has been. The Forsaken is a far cry from what it used to be/is "supposed to be", and a lot of it is frankly just the result of dogshit writing

Especially the Plague. That is just one of the major things the Forsaken needs to get rid of considering of the effects it does to not only the undead but also the living.

I liked the idea of the Apothecary Society continuing plague production in secret, but one cursory stroll through Hillsbrad all the way up through Silverpine says otherwise lmao At large through I agree, the Horde would/should put their foot down on that front

I think the best way of handling the Forsaken is them being the "problem child" of the Horde. Essentially making occasionally whoopsies or something along those lines.

The issue is they been the "problem child" for 15 years already, when does become too long that the horde should step in and crush them. Bfa kind of should that they need to crack down

BFA's writing was also just dogshit and its kind of the basis of the problem

I liked BfA's writing for the most part. Really only got bad for me when it came to the N'zoth and 8.3 stuff. Everything before that was alright.

I also had fun but a whole lotta Horde RPers got written into a corner and Sylvanas's progression as a character just makes little sense-- in that regard a lot of Forsaken players are left disappointment with what the lore dictates right now
