4 winds is Bit of nice place then Swamp of Sorrows Why, There friendly faces and you can forget troubles and Enjoy folks while dealing minor Virmen/hozen and the sights wonderful.

I think Valley of Fourwinds is the "retirement" or rather "Vacation" home for Ban'orak. Since this man is never going to retire. That way he can visit the Valley of Fourwinds when he needs a break. But then get back to his home in the Swamps eventually.

I would say Swamp of Sorrows when he is still the Orc-on-a-mission. An Orc who a past still clinging to him. Valley of Four Winds would be more of a retired and elderly Ban'orak who has finished his life's mission and has little to no regrets anymore.
